This is not entirely a magical ability so characters with a rock solid poker face he might not be able to read well. <b>CAN HE INTRUDE ON YOUR CHARACTER'S PERSONAL SPACE</b>: He'll never actually touch someone just get way, way too close. He will mostly do this to people he already knows are unnerved by him. It's all meant to creep the other person out. If the idea skeeves you out OOCly let me know here or on the Opt Out post above if that would be more comfortable for you. If your character has a power that prevents people from getting close that's worth mentioning too! (child characters are already exempt from this) <b>CAN HE MANIPULATE YOUR CHARACTER?</b>: I'll always ask you before Sephiroth drags your character into his drama but if you would rather he just never try, let me know. By default, the most he'll do is try to convince your character to either like him or fear him.
